The kitchen is large modern and is an ideal area as a breakfast room or for informal eating. It has recently been completely rebuilt. At one end is the very modern combi boiler with a large hotwater tank and in the side wall there is a window overlooking the patio. A separate door leads from the kitchen to the patio. A cooker, microwave, clothes washer, dishwasher, 2 fridgefreezers and a seperate chest freezer are all provided.
